Description

The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. This jelly is loved not only by children, but adults won't refuse it either. Choose not very sour tangerines, then you'll need less sugar. If you want a stronger tangerine flavor and aroma, add a little peel. But first, boil the peels in water for 10 minutes, repeating this three times, then blend everything until smooth. Be sure to use fresh sour cream with the highest fat content you can find. Serve the finished dessert at the table.

    Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making sour cream tangerine jelly. Thoroughly wash the tangerines in hot water and dry them. Take the sour cream out of the refrigerator in advance; it should not be cold.

    Soak the first part of the gelatin in cold boiled water until swollen, for about 30 minutes.

    Peel the tangerines and separate them into segments. Place them in a saucepan, add sugar, and blend with a blender until smooth. Put the saucepan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a gentle boil, then remove from heat.

    Let the tangerine mixture cool slightly, then add the swollen gelatin. Stir the mixture until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
