Pastries in the microwave
Description
Today I suggest making a snack version — cheese and herb pastries. You can use any fillings you like. If you want to make cream-filled pastries, it's better to prepare them first and then fill with cream afterwards. For microwave preparation, avoid using liquid fillings or berries, as the pastry won't cook through and will remain raw inside. I'm using a standard 800-watt microwave. Give it a try—I'm sure you'll enjoy it. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

I had plain puff pastry. Roll out the pastry slightly and cut it into 4 pieces. Transfer the pieces to a microwave-safe glass plate.

Sprinkle the dough with grated cheese.

Step 5

Sprinkle the dough with any herbs or spices to your taste. Place the base in the microwave.

Step 6

Bake the pastries at 800 W for 4 minutes, then check them and bake for another 3–4 minutes. The pastries won't be browned, but the dough will be perfectly cooked and crispy. The pastries are fully ready.
