Delicious pastry for the whole family. Pastries made from ready-made puff pastry are hard to overestimate. The simplest technique plus ready-made dough that only needs to be thawed. Even a beginner cook can handle this. An uncomplicated dough shaping process, fresh apples chopped into cubes, and bananas sliced into rounds in the filling—and in just 30 minutes, your kitchen will be filled with the delightful aroma of homemade baking. Crispy puff pastry and a juicy, fragrant apple-banana filling are the perfect combination that you will enjoy. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

    Prepare the ingredients for making puff pastries.

    Wash the apples, peel them, and cut them into small cubes.

    Stew the apples for 4-5 minutes, stirring, until the juice evaporates.

    Lightly roll out the dough and cut out a 10x15 cm sheet. On one half, make slits with a special pastry wheel or a knife.
