Apple turnovers from puff pastry
Description
Homemade pastries for tea. When I bake with apples, I always add cinnamon, as this combination is classic. For simplicity and speed, I use ready-made puff pastry, but if you have time and desire, you can make it from scratch. You can use sweet or sweet-tart apples—everyone chooses according to their taste.
