
Puff pastries with apples and nuts
Description
Perfect with tea and coffee. You can make puff pastries with apples and nuts for breakfast as a snack, for a picnic, or even for a festive table. The pastry is very tasty and aromatic and will win over any gourmet. You can use any apples; today I have ranetki. The treat is easy to prepare and looks very presentable. Be sure to try it. It can be served with tea or coffee.

Prepare all the ingredients.

Cut the apples into small cubes, add 2 tbsp. of sugar and chopped nuts, and mix. The filling is ready.

Roll out the dough into a rectangle, cut it into squares of the desired size, and place the filling in the center.

Join the edges as shown in the photo and seal them well; I also press the center inward a little so the dough definitely doesn’t come apart during baking.

Transfer the pastries to a greased baking sheet and brush them with egg yolk. Combine the remaining sugar with cinnamon and sprinkle the envelopes on top. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes.
