
Puff pastries with cottage cheese and peaches
Description
The recipe won’t take much time. Of course, you can make these pastries with any fruit or berries, but peaches make the tastiest version. Serve them for breakfast or as a snack with a cup of fragrant tea or coffee. Save this recipe for later.

Prepare the ingredients.

Thaw the dough, roll it out, and make cuts along the sides, as shown in the photo.

Form the crust edges by folding the cut corners of the dough across each other over the openings. Pierce the centre of the dough all over with a fork.

Transfer the pieces to a baking sheet and brush the edges with egg yolk.

Combine the cottage cheese with honey and sour cream. Mix.

Bake the pastries for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.

Then fill the puff pastries with cottage cheese.

Cut the peaches into wedges and place them on top of the cottage cheese. Bake for another 7–8 minutes.
