Crescent rolls with cottage cheese and raisins
Description
I use ready-made dough, as I don't have enough time. You can buy cottage cheese for baking already mixed with raisins (cottage cheese spread). In my case, I have dried fruits and cottage cheese separately. You can use cottage cheese of any fat content you prefer. These pastries disappear within minutes, especially when hot. They are tasty, filling, and go perfectly with tea. Serve warm or chilled. Ideal with tea.
