
Puff pastries with stewed cabbage
Description
Delicious pastries for the whole family. Puff pastries with stewed cabbage can be made very quickly and easily using ready-made puff pastry dough. Thaw the dough in advance. Stew the cabbage with vegetables and tomato paste. Shape the puff pastries and bake them in a hot oven. They can be served with tea or coffee.

Prepare all the ingredients.

Defrost the puff pastry and cut it into triangles or squares.

Prepare the vegetables for the filling. Dice the onion and grate the carrot.

Sauté the onion and carrot in oil for 2–3 minutes.

Add the shredded cabbage to the pan with the vegetables.

Sauté the cabbage with the vegetables, stirring, for 5–6 minutes over medium heat. Add spices to taste.

Add tomato paste.

Stir and simmer the cabbage for 15 minutes over low heat. Let it cool completely.

Roll out the dough and place about 1 tbsp of filling on it.
