Perfect with tea and coffee. This pastry should be served immediately after preparation, while the puff pastry itself is still warm and the cheese is chilled. This is the perfect flavor combination!     Prepare the ingredients. Take the puff pastry out of the freezer in advance.

    Lightly roll out the sheet of dough, making just a few passes with the rolling pin. Then cut the sheet of dough into two squares or rectangles, and from the scraps cut strips of dough 0.5 cm wide.
