Lightly dust the board or table with flour and roll out the dough into a thin rectangular or square sheet.

Place raspberries on half of the dough layer at equal intervals. Sprinkle with sugar.

Cover the berries with the second half of the dough and cut the preparation into equal parts.

For brushing the pastries, we'll need a yolk. Separate it from the white and beat it.

Grease the bottom of the baking dish in which we will bake the pastries. Place the pastries and brush them with yolk.
