Description

Homemade pastries for tea. Juicy and fragrant strawberries with light, crispy puff pastry—an incredibly delicious treat! But it's best to eat these pastries right after baking and cooling. Later, the pastry absorbs the juice from the berries and becomes less appealing. Making strawberry pastries at home is very easy. And if you have ready-made puff pastry, it's even better. Here's how: The baking is ready. Serve at the table.

    Step 1

    1. Prepare the ingredients and thaw the dough at room temperature. Wash the berries and remove the stems. Whether or not to use starch is up to you, but juice will be released anyway—just not as much. If using starch, make sure to coat each berry well in it before placing onto the dough. Now I'll show you several ways to make simple and beautiful pastries. Let's get started!
