Description
The recipe won’t take much time. For caramelization, it’s best to use finely ground cane or brown sugar, as the caramel will cook faster this way. But you can also make caramel from regular sugar, though it will take more time. When making caramel, you must not stir the sugar, as it may clump. If cooking for children, it’s better to omit the cognac. Serve chilled or slightly warm.
