Pear turnovers

30 min4 serv.21 февр. 2026 г.

Description

Perfect with tea and coffee. The pastries turn out magical—soft, moist, and very delicious. Though, there's one secret: if your pears are quite hard, it's better to cut them in half beforehand and boil in very sweet water for about 10 minutes. But if the fruit is ripe enough, no extra steps will be needed. By the way, walnuts can be replaced with any fresh berries or dried fruits (for example, raisins), etc.—it will be just as tasty. Well, are you ready to find out? Serve cooled or slightly warm.
