
Blackberry puff pastries
Description
Delicious baked goods for the whole family. For the recipe we’ll simply use ready-made puff pastry, blackberries, and a little sugar. The whole process will take at most half an hour of your time. You can take these turnovers with you or pack them for your child’s school lunch. Simple, quick, easy, and delicious. The pastries are ready. Serve at the table.

Prepare the ingredients.

Roll out the puff pastry slightly and cut it into 4 rectangles. Visually divide each rectangle into two halves. On one half of the dough, make small slits.

Place 3–4 blackberries on the half of the dough you did not cut.

Sprinkle the blackberries with a little granulated sugar.

Cover the berries with the second half of the dough. Seal the edges of the dough with a fork.

Place all the puff pastry pieces on a baking sheet, brush with beaten egg, and transfer to the oven.

Bake the puff pastries for 20–25 minutes at 180 degrees. Then serve the finished pastries at the table.
