
Jam-filled pastries
Description
Perfect with tea and coffee. You can make jam-filled pastries using any jam you like. If you're worried the jam might leak during baking, mix in a little starch. You can prepare jam-filled pastries in just half an hour. Turn on the oven, prepare the filling, and start working with the dough. Jam-filled pastries make a great breakfast or afternoon snack on a weekend. Good luck! Serve cooled or slightly warm.

Cut the dough into wide strips.

Roll out the strip into a sheet approximately 40 cm in length and 10-1 cm in width.

Brush the dough with a thin layer of jam.

Roll the dough into a roll from both sides.

Wrap the dough in foil and place in the freezer for 10 minutes. Cut the dough into 1 cm thick pieces.

Place the pastries on parchment paper and bake for 15 minutes at 220 degrees until golden brown.
