Wash and chop the herbs, add the eggs, then mix in the cottage cheese. Thoroughly combine the mixture, seasoning with salt to taste.

Roll out the dough thinly and cut it into square pieces. Place the filling in the center of each piece. Fold the edges of the dough upward, pinch them together to seal, forming little pastries.

Brush the pastries with beaten egg yolk, sprinkle with sesame seeds (or flaxseeds), and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
