Description

Delicious baked goods for the whole family. First, thaw the dough at room temperature for about an hour. Then roll it out (not too thin), place the filling on top, shape into pastries, brush with egg, and bake at 220-250 degrees.

Instructions

Prepare the ingredients. I decided to make sweet pastries, so I used pears canned in syrup, which I drained beforehand in a sieve to remove excess liquid.

Sprinkle the table with flour, roll out the dough slightly. Cut it into squares using a pizza cutter.

In each square, make several small pricks so the dough doesn't puff up during baking and the pastries look neat. Place a few pieces of pears on one side of the square. Brush the edges of the square with the sweet pear syrup to help the dough stick together better.

    Cover each turnover with dough.

In a small container, beat one egg; for this amount of dough, we will need one-third of an egg.

Place the pastries on a baking sheet. Brush them with egg using a silicone brush. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.

Bake the pastries made from yeast-free puff pastry for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Done!
