
Cheese pastries from yeast-free dough
Description
The pastry is simple and quick to prepare. Traditionally, such recipes use hard cheese cut into slices. However, I'd like to suggest an interesting alternative. Serve it warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

1. First, place the dough on the work surface and cut it into small squares. I don't roll out the dough so that it layers better.

2. In a deep bowl, combine ricotta, feta (you can use other cheeses), and egg. Beat until smooth. Add a pinch of pepper and salt.

3. Place the filling in the center of each dough square.

4. And carefully fold it into a triangle.

5. Use a fork to neatly seal the edges.

6. Place the pastries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or greased with butter.
