Description
The recipe doesn't take much time. When I want something juicy, crispy, and apple-flavored, I bake a layered apple pie. It turns out especially well at the cottage, particularly in autumn. After lunch, I go gather fallen apples, knead the dough, and by evening the whole family enjoys the pie with tea on the veranda. I prefer more tart and firm apples, but you can mix varieties.
