
Layered tuna pie

Boil the eggs hard, then cool them down.

Heat a pan with oil and sauté finely diced onion and bell pepper until soft.

We will also chop the zucchini into small pieces and add them to the pan with the onion and pepper.

Chop the tomatoes into a puree and add them to the pan a couple of minutes after the zucchini. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and evaporate the vegetable liquid as much as possible.

Drain the oil from the tuna, slightly break up the larger pieces. Add the fish and diced eggs to the vegetables, mix well. The pie filling is ready.

Thawed dough, divided in advance into two parts. Place one part of the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and spread the filling over it.

Spread the filling in an even layer, leaving a small border around the edges of the dough.

Make holes in the pie in the center or even in several places so that steam can escape. Prick with a fork. The pie can be decorated with strips of dough. Brush with beaten egg.
