1. First of all, thaw the dough if it is frozen.

2. Wash the fish, carefully remove the bones from the fillet and cut it into small cubes. Salt and pepper to taste.

3. Roll out two layers of dough on the work surface.

4. Spread the fish in an even layer.

5. Place the second layer of dough on top and carefully pinch the edges together.
