
Layered omelet with tomatoes

For the first layer: break a chicken egg into a bowl, pour milk into one of the shell halves and add it to the egg, add 1 tablespoon of flour, salt and pepper, and mix. Cut the ham into cubes and mix with the eggs.

Pour the omelet onto a hot skillet and fry until done, transfer it to a plate, and sprinkle with grated hard cheese.

For the second layer: mix the eggs, half an eggshell of milk, flour, salt, and pepper. Finely chop the herbs and mix them into the omelet.

Fry the second layer in the same pan, then place it on top of the first layer and sprinkle with cheese.

For the third omelet, mix the eggs with milk (half an eggshell), flour, salt, and pepper. Dice the tomatoes and add them to the eggs.
