Layered for appetizer
Description
Delicious baked treat for the whole family. In the recipe, I indicated the time without taking into account the dough thawing. You can buy it not only in frozen form, but also ready-made from the deli section. Just roll it out on the work surface, brush with sauce, add the filling, and roll it up so that after slicing, you get "ears"! Now you know!
Instructions

Step 1

Thaw the dough at room temperature. Grate the cheese and ham on a coarse grater. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.
- 2
Step 2

There's no need to roll out the dough, just lay it out on the table and that's it. Generously brush it with spicy sauce—I used three tablespoons. On top, spread the grated ham.
- 3
Step 3

Next - a layer of grated cheese.
- 4
Step 4

Start rolling the log from both sides. When you reach the center, press the log together with your hands so it holds together well.
- 5
Step 5

Using a sharp knife, slice the roll into pieces. Place them on parchment paper.
- 6
Step 6

Brush with milk and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Place the baking sheet in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
- 7
Step 7

The "ears" appetizer is ready! Let them cool slightly, then remove from the parchment paper.
