Description
Delicious baked treat for the whole family. "Layered Ears" cookies are made from ready-made puff pastry. You just need to roll it out, sprinkle with sugar, and cut into pieces. Instead of plain sugar, you can use a mixture of salt and sugar. The baking is ready. Serve at the table.

1. Roll out the puff pastry (thickness - 0.5 cm).

2. Use a knife (pizza cutter) to trim the edges of the dough. They should be even.

3. Sprinkle the dough with sugar and roll it out together with the sugar so that it "sets" in place.

5. From the marked center (inward), fold the dough from both edges so that they meet in the middle.
