Puff pastry tartlets with mushrooms
Description
Perfect for both special occasions and everyday meals. If you need a tasty appetizer for a festive lunch or dinner, I suggest puff pastry tartlets with mushrooms. This appetizer is not particularly expensive (unless you use truffles, of course), takes only 20–30 minutes to prepare, yet looks very festive and disappears in no time. The recipe for puff pastry tartlets with mushrooms is extremely simple: 1. Take the puff pastry out of the freezer, thaw it, then roll it out thinly. Cut circles from the thawed puff pastry using a glass. 2. Chop the mushrooms and lightly sauté them in oil. 3. Carefully place a little of the sautéed mushrooms in the center of each circle, then slightly fold up the edges to form a tartlet. 3. Place in an oven preheated to 200°C and bake for no more than 15 minutes. Puff pastry tartlets with mushrooms are ready! All that’s left for me is to wish you :) The appetizer is ready. Serve immediately.
