Layered pastries with filling
Description
Homemade pastries for tea. Here's a simple recipe for making layered buns with filling. Prepare all the necessary ingredients: mushrooms, onion, Parmesan cheese, egg, butter, and salt. I used ready-made puff pastry, which saved me a lot of time and effort—highly recommended. The filling is very easy to prepare: sauté mushrooms with onions, then mix with Parmesan cheese. Shape the buns and into the oven! Good luck. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
Instructions

Step 1

Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Rinse the mushrooms under water.

Step 2

Finely chop the mushrooms and onion. Next, sauté the mushrooms and the white part of the onion stem in melted butter. Stir, season with salt, and cook over medium heat for 7–8 minutes.

Step 3

Divide the puff pastry (previously thawed) into 4 parts. Roll out each part and fold into a triangle. Leaving a 1 cm margin from the folded edges, make cuts on both sides, but not all the way through. The shape should resemble a "well".
