Puff Pastry Spoons with Red Caviar
Description
The appetizer is quick and easy to prepare. Puff pastry is perfect not only for sweet baked goods but also for appetizers for a festive table. Puff pastry spoons filled with red caviar make an original appetizer. For their preparation, it is best to use rough puff pastry: a simplified version of traditional puff pastry. As a filling, you can use not only red caviar but also black caviar, vegetable purée, chopped eggs with cheese, or meat.
