Layered flatbreads on a skillet
Description
I want to tell you with a description of each step. The baking is ready. Serve at the table.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

1. First, you need to prepare the dough. Dissolve the yeast in warm water, add the flour sifted with salt, and mix thoroughly. Roll the finished dough into a ball, cover with a towel, and let it rise in a warm place for an hour.
- 2
Step 2

2. On a floured surface, start rolling out the dough. This will take some time, as it needs to be rolled out thinly.
- 3
Step 3

3. When the dough sheet becomes very thin, brush it with butter. The butter can be melted—then use a brush to spread it—or softened, in which case it's convenient to use your hands.
- 4
Step 4

4. Carefully roll it up into a roll and cut in half. Here's what you get.
- 5
Step 5

5. Roll the strip of dough into a spiral.
- 6
Step 6

6. Roll out to the size of the pan (it's best to use a larger pan). Make a small hole in the center. Let it sit on the table for 10-15 minutes.
- 7
Step 7

7. Using a brush, grease the pan with vegetable oil and place the flatbread on it.
- 8
Step 8

8. Fry the pancakes over medium heat on both sides until golden brown. Delicious!
