
Puff pastry parcels with apples, pears, and lingonberries
Description
I'll be honest, the filling turns out very tasty and juicy, it's hard not to eat it while preparing the pastries. Because the filling is prepared separately, it doesn't leak out during baking. These pastries are delicious both warm and cold. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

For the filling, dice the apples and pears.

In a pan, melt the butter and add the sugar. Bring the mixture to a uniform consistency.

Add the sliced fruit. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Add lingonberries.

Simmer until all excess liquid has completely evaporated.

Cut the puff pastry into squares. Place a little filling on one corner. On the opposite side make small cuts. Cover the filling with a free piece of dough and pinch the edges together.

Brush the puff pastry with egg yolk and sprinkle with sugar. Place in an oven preheated to 200 °C for 25–30 minutes.
