Layered turnovers with cottage cheese
Description
Homemade pastries for tea. For the pockets, I usually buy yeast-raised puff pastry, keep it in the freezer, and when needed, it quickly thaws and is ready for baking. The filling is cottage cheese-based, healthy. For decoration, you can use sesame seeds—I remembered about them during the process; they look very impressive, especially the black ones. Check out the recipe and enjoy baking. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
