Puff pastry with pork
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. If you're short on time or want to simplify the process, you can buy ready-made dough; however, if you prefer to do it the traditional way, you can make the dough yourself. Either way, the result will be delicious, as all the meat juices will stay inside and soak into the dough. The key is to marinate the meat properly, and then the dish will turn out excellent. Serve the finished dish at the table.

Step 1

1. Take boneless meat. Carefully clean and rinse it, then pat dry with paper towels and cut into large pieces. Rub the meat with a mixture of pork seasonings, salt, and pepper, pour white wine over it, and let it marinate for at least 3 hours, or preferably overnight.

2. Thaw the ready-made puff pastry, roll it out thinly, and brush it with a piece of butter. Transfer it onto a baking sheet. Pat the pork dry with a paper towel to remove the wine, then place it in the center of the pastry. Wrap the pork with the remaining pastry pieces, prick the top with a fork, brush with egg, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Step 3

3. Place everything in a preheated oven at 200-220 degrees Celsius for 1.5 to 2 hours. Do not cut the pork in pastry immediately; let it cool down first, otherwise it will fall apart. After 20-30 minutes, feel free to slice it into pieces and serve.
