   1. Roll out the dough into a thin sheet and brush it with egg beaten until smooth.

   2. Separately, grate hard cheese on a fine grater and sprinkle it over the dough, as if pressing the cheese into it slightly. Season generously with spices and, with a knife, cut into strips.
