Layered cheese samsa
Description
Perfect with tea and coffee. I use puff pastry, hard cheese, and egg to make it. You can prepare samsa with different types of cheese or mix them together. In addition to hard cheese, processed cheese also works well, so there are many variations of this samsa. It can be eaten hot or cold, but it's so delicious that it never lasts long enough to cool down—it usually gets devoured straight from the baking tray.
