Peel the onion and finely chop it, then grind it together with the meat through a meat grinder. Fry the meat mixture in vegetable oil until lightly golden, about 10-15 minutes.

Thaw the puff pastry, roll it out into a thin sheet. Divide into small round flatbreads. Place the filling in the center of each.

I make triangular samosas by bringing the three corners together in the center and sealing them tightly.

Heat a large amount of vegetable oil in a skillet. Place the samsa in the pan and fry over medium heat.
