Creamy custard cream
Description
When I first encountered this cream, I fell in love with it. It's gentle, creamy, sweet, and beautifully scented with vanilla. Delicious in taste, it's perfect as a topping for ice cream, fruits, and pastries. I'll share with you my recipe for making vanilla custard cream anglaise.
Instructions

Step 1
In a heavy-bottomed saucepan, heat the milk and cream. Split the vanilla pod, remove the seeds, and add them to the milk along with the pod. When the milk comes to a boil, remove the vanilla, take the saucepan off the heat, and let it cool slightly.

Step 2
Beat egg yolks with sugar until fluffy. While constantly stirring, slowly pour milk into the yolks. Mix thoroughly.

Step 3
Pour this mixture into a saucepan with a thick bottom and bring to a boil over low heat, stirring constantly. Cook until the mixture thickens.

Step 4
Pour the ready-made Anglaise cream into a cold container and leave to cool to room temperature. This cream can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.
