
Creamy sauce for fish with caviar

1. Clean the fish, wash it, and dry with a paper towel. Line a baking sheet with foil and place the steaks on it; season them with salt and pepper. Wash the lemon and slice it, using 3 slices per steak, and place the slices on the fish.

2. Tightly wrap each piece to prevent juice from leaking during baking. Place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

3. Pour 2 tablespoons of cream into a bowl and mix in the starch. Transfer the remaining cream to a saucepan and place over heat; after boiling, add the diluted starch and stir. Remove from heat and leave at room temperature, stirring occasionally.
