Description
The recipe won't take much time. This sauce especially enhances the taste of pasta, so it's best to use high-quality spaghetti or pasta. Regarding cream, either 10% or 20% will work well—there's little difference in flavor. Another important point: besides salt and pepper, it's not recommended to add other spices, as they can easily spoil the delicate cream flavor. Pour the cream into a saucepan and warm over medium heat. Do not bring to a boil.

Add the processed cheese and 50 grams of grated hard cheese to the hot cream. Then stir vigorously, season with salt and pepper.
