Description

Homemade sauce is easy and quick to prepare. Creamy sauce is the perfect addition to boiled pasta, various pastas, porridges, boiled vegetables, etc. It can be served both hot and chilled, but keep in mind that the sauce thickens even more when cooled! You can add different spices and seasonings while preparing it. The finished sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for several days.

    Pour cold milk into a deep container and mix in salt and wheat flour. Mix the flour into the cold liquid to avoid lumps. Alternatively, you can sauté the flour with previously fried onion, which will also prevent lumps from forming in the sauce.

    Peel and rinse the onion, then chop it into small cubes. Melt butter in a cauldron or a high-sided frying pan, and add the chopped onion.
