Sour cream cream

Description

The recipe won't take much time. Often there's a situation when you'd like or need to make a dessert for an occasion. I usually make cakes. I've never had any issues with the cake layers—I've already found a couple of my favorite versions—but I'm constantly experimenting with creams, and I recommend you do the same. Serve chilled.

   Step 1

   In a deep bowl, combine the cream with 200 grams of sugar and start beating at a slow speed. Gradually increase the speed until stiff peaks form.

   Combine the remaining sugar with sour cream in a separate bowl and beat well.

   Combine both mixtures and beat again until smooth.

   If desired, you can add vanilla to the cream for flavor. That's it, the delicious cream is ready.
