Cut skinless salmon fillet into pieces and place in a blender bowl. Add cream, ginger grated on a fine grater, salt, and pepper. Blend the fish into a smooth, uniform mixture. Finely chop the herbs, zest the lemon, and squeeze out a teaspoon of juice. Add to the pâté mixture and stir to combine.

Cut the smoked salmon into thin slices. Line a pâté baking dish (10×20 cm) with parchment paper, spread half of the pâté mixture, then add the smoked salmon slices.

Cover the filling with the remaining pâté mixture and smooth it out. Place the pâté mold in a larger mold filled with hot water. Cover with a lid or foil.

And bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 35 minutes. Remove the cooled pâté from the mold and refrigerate for about 2 hours. Then garnish and serve.
