The recipe won't take much time. Here is a simple and delicious treat, and I'll gladly tell you about it right now. Serve chilled.
Instructions

Step 1

1. Place the milk and sugar over low heat and simmer until it reaches caramel consistency. Keep a constant eye on it and monitor the temperature with a thermometer.
- 2
Step 2

2. Try not to stir the mixture too much during cooking.
- 3
Step 3

3. It can boil like this for up to two hours. Only when the mixture begins to turn brown and thicken, add the molasses. Heat the molasses beforehand as well. I warmed it on the adjacent burner.

Step 4

4. When the temperature reaches 115 degrees, carefully pour the mixture into a non-plastic container with a wide bottom. I placed this pot into a larger pot filled with cold water. Let the fudge cool for at least an hour, constantly replacing the cold water. Now stir the fudge. When it cools down to about 40 degrees, add the butter and crushed cookies, then beat with a mixer for a couple of minutes.

Step 5

5. Spread this mixture into molds and refrigerate to chill and set for at least a couple of hours, or preferably overnight.

Step 6

6. Done!
