
Creamy cupcakes
Description
Delicious pastries for the whole family. The cream can be made not only from egg white and sugar, but also from cream or butter. You can also add food coloring to the chosen finished cream, so the cupcakes will look even brighter. The pastries are ready. Serve with the meal.

Prepare the ingredients.

In a bowl, combine the eggs, salt, and sugar. Set aside only one egg white to decorate the finished bake.

Stir and pour in the milk.

Then pour in the melted butter as well.

Add the flour and baking powder. Mix everything well.

With a whisk, work out every lump in the batter; add raisins you’ve tossed in flour beforehand.

Spoon the dough into silicone molds.

Put them into an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 30 minutes.

Whip the egg white with sugar until thick.
