Chocolate-covered ice cream

Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Bring the milk to a boil. Whisk egg yolks and powdered sugar together with a whisk, then slowly add the hot milk to this mixture while stirring. Strain the mixture and heat it until thickened, then let the resulting custard cool. Next, fold in the whipped cream, mix well, transfer into an ice cream maker and freeze. Melt the chocolate with water over a double boiler, then let it cool. Use an ice cream scoop to form balls, dip them into the cooled chocolate, then transfer them onto plates using a slotted spoon and start enjoying :) Serve the finished dessert immediately.
