Avocado ice cream
Description
This ice cream doesn't take much time and doesn't require any special gadgets or stirring. It will still be creamy and smooth. The final taste of the ice cream will depend on the variety and ripeness of the avocado. The flesh should be fully ripe, but without any signs of spoilage. If you put the ice cream in a container, it will freeze within 2–3 hours and remain soft. After six hours, it will become completely firm. If you make it in molds, it will take less time to freeze. When serving, the ice cream can be topped with white chocolate and nuts.
