
Creamy mushroom sauce

1. Wash the mushrooms, dry them, and cut into medium pieces. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Add the onion and garlic, sauté until translucent, then add the mushrooms.

2. Fry over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until all the excess liquid has evaporated. You can also add some dried mushrooms, previously soaked. This will give the sauce a richer mushroom flavor.

3. Pour in the cream and add rosemary. However, you can use any aromatic spices you prefer. Reduce the heat to the lowest setting.

4. Simmer until the sauce thickens to the desired consistency. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Before serving, you can garnish it with fresh herbs, for example.
