
Creamy Banana Pudding
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. If you don't particularly like bananas, raspberries can be a great alternative in this recipe. The finished dessert can be served at the table.

1. Slice bananas to make 4 cups. In a small bowl, using a mixer on medium speed, beat condensed milk and water together for about 1 minute. Add vanilla pudding and beat for about 2 minutes. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 3–4 hours or overnight before continuing. It is very important to allow sufficient time.

2. In a large bowl, use a mixer on medium speed to whip the heavy cream into a thick foam. Gently add the pudding mixture to the cream and stir until smooth and well combined. Prepare large serving bowls for the dessert (preferably glass). Place one-third of the cookies on the bottom of the bowls (the cookies may overlap), followed by one-third of the bananas and one-third of the pudding.

3. Repeat the layers twice, decorating the top with additional cookies or crumbs of crushed cookies.

4. Tightly cover the containers with plastic lids and chill in the refrigerator for 4 to 8 hours, but no longer.
