Buttercream fudge
Description
Want to make delicious creamy-flavored candies without dyes, additives, or preservatives? Then read the recipe carefully, check the photos, and let's get started :) The recipe for creamy fondant is easy and simple. However, I don't recommend getting distracted while cooking the creamy mixture—fondant must be stirred constantly, and you need to make sure it doesn't overcook.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Pour the cream into a small saucepan and add the butter.
- 2
Step 2

Place on the stove over medium heat and heat until the butter melts.
- 3
Step 3

Now add the sugar, mix and continue heating until the sugar dissolves.
- 4
Step 4

Stir the fondant constantly, bring to a boil and simmer for about 10 minutes.
- 5
Step 5

To make it easy to remove the fondant, use a silicone mold right away and grease it with soft butter.
- 6
Step 6

As soon as the butter mixture begins to turn brownish in some spots, remove it from the heat and stir; you can add vanilla. Pour the mixture into a mold.
- 7
Step 7

Put the fudge into the refrigerator to set. Once set, the fudge easily comes out of the mold. Then you can break it or cut it into pieces.
