Butter caramel
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. For the creamy caramel, I use only homemade whole milk, which must be extremely fresh so that it doesn't curdle during cooking. For flavoring, I add a pinch of vanilla. You'll also need butter, which helps the caramel set and hold its shape. If you want to make candies similar to "Kis-kis," pour the hot mixture onto foil, let it cool at room temperature, then cut into pieces with a knife and wrap each one in paper or plastic wrap. The candies will be non-sticky, soft, and very tasty. You can drizzle the caramel over ice cream or use it as a filling for cakes, bars, or pastries. Serve the finished dessert immediately.
