No-bake sweet roll
Description
The recipe won't take much time. The roll is very easy to prepare. It brings great pleasure both during the creation process and while eating. Serve chilled.

1. Crumble the cookies into fine crumbs. A blender works best for this. Mix with water and cocoa powder. Stir until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

2. Mash the cottage cheese or blend it using the same blender. Mix the cottage cheese with soft butter, powdered sugar, and liqueur. Stir thoroughly.

3. Roll out the chocolate layer on parchment paper and spread the white layer on top. Try to shape the chocolate layer into a rectangle right away. This way, the slices of your roll will be uniform, and there will be very little waste.

4. Carefully roll the roll using plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.

5. Slice the roll into evenly thick pieces, arrange them nicely on a plate, or place each slice individually into a paper cup or mold.
