Sweet pie with currants
Description
To make a sweet pie with currants, use red currants, one packet of vanilla sugar, and 4 eggs (two for the filling, two for the dough). Generously dust the finished pie with powdered sugar. By the way, you can also add other berries (raspberries or strawberries); sometimes I also add apples or pears. The pastry is ready. Serve at the table.
